If you are unable to attend a booked appointment, please call to cancel as early as possible and your appointment can be given to another patient
If you do not attend an appointment and do not inform us, your record will show a "DNA" and you will receive a warning letter. Patients that accumulate more than three DNA's in one year will not be permitted to access My Health Online and may be asked to register at another practice.
Patients who arrive more than 5 minutes late for their appointment will not be seen and will be asked to re-book.
