Prescription requests can be made in writing and delivered to the surgery in person, by post or via the letterbox while the surgery doors are closed.
If you are registered for online access via My Health Online, you can request repeat prescriptions in this way. Please see My Health Online page for information on how to register for this service.
Alternatively email enquiries.w97014@wales.nhs.uk giving your full name, date of birth and items required.
Local pharmacies offer a re-order and collection service. Please arrange this with a nominated pharmacy and inform us of your choice.
Always allow 48hrs (2 working days) to process your request and longer if ordering through a pharmacy.
Prescription requests are NOT taken over the phone, to reduce the risk of error
If you or someone you care for use the same medicines regularly you may not need to get a new prescription every time you need more medicine. Instead you may be able to benefit from Batch Repeat Dispensing from your pharmacy. This means you won’t have to visit the surgery or make an appointment to see the doctor, practice nurse or practice pharmacist every time you need more medicine. Talk to either your prescriber (doctor, practice nurse or practice pharmacist) or your community pharmacist who regularly dispenses your prescriptions and ask them if you are suitable for Batch Repeat Dispensing.
